Recently week a customer called to advise they had just come back from overseas and were in self-isolation. Settlement of their new house happened whilst they were away on holidays and they urgently required the 3 gobox Mobile Storage units to be delivered in order to start packing up their home.
We were able to offer them a completely contact-free solution to suit their situation.
It began with us sending them an aerial view of their property. We then asked them to let us know where on the property they would like the gobox’s placed. The drivers were made aware of the situation and should they need to contact the customer they could do so by phone, but the owners would stay inside the house.
All three gobox’s were delivered the same day with no issues, which goes to show how we can operate under these circumstances without the need to be customer facing.
The overall process involved a little extra work from the office staff but with the teamwork of everyone at gobox Mobile Storage, it makes me proud as Warehouse Manager to know that we are happy to adapt and change to provide continuous service especially under these unprecedented conditions.

An excellent service from beginning to end. Friendly and professional staff and were happy to move dates around due to delays in my build. I was communicated with every step of the way of arrivals and pick ups with photos sent to see if I was happy with positioning. Price wise it was unbeatable compared to removalists prices and you can pack and unpack at your own pace. Have recommended this service to others.

The Gobox was fantastic, it helped us prepare the house for sale and then fully fill it up for our final move. We got it delivered, partially filled it up, then picked up to go into storage while selling. Then had it returned to fill up for final move and store for 3 months while in temporary house until our final move. Deanna was super helpful and responsive every time we need some assistance.
