If you choose to store with us and for any reason you need to access your gobox, please be aware of the following:
*Lost keys? A locksmith will need to organised to come remove and replace the gobox lock at your expense. Note: if gobox is stored with us this can only be arranged during access hours and 24 hours notice is required.
When you have finished with your gobox, either it's empty and you wish to return it, you have finished packing and need us to store it for you or you have arranged a relocation from property A to property B, we request at least 7 business days notice to ensure that we can collect the box on your preferred date, easily working in with you and your schedule.
